In the period 21-25.03.2022. a workshop in the field of flat printing - lithography was held at the Department of Graphics of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo. With the support of the ERASMUS + program, the workshop was led by Professor Krzysztof Swietek from the "Jan Matejko" Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Poland. Students had the opportunity to gain new knowledge in the field of flat printing, the specifics of the lithographic process and modern transfer methods. This visit is the result of many years of cooperation between the Academy of Fine Arts of the University of Sarajevo and the "Jan Matejko" Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Poland.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo (1972–2022), the students of the Department of Graphic Design are in the academic year 2020/21 and 2021/22. worked on the proposal of the visual identity of the 50th year of ALU Sarajevo.
During the academic year 2020-2021. The Academy of Fine Arts of the University of Sarajevo participated in the project "Cultural Collisions BiH 2020-2021", led by CERN (Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire) from Geneva, Switzerland, the Austrian Cultural Forum and DAAD. The project aimed to connect students, physics students and art students from six cities in BiH, and to present the mysteries of the beginning and end of the universe to a wider audience in an interesting way. The supervisors of the Sarajevo team were Prof. dr. Azra Gazibegović-Busuladžić - Department of Physics, Faculty of Science in Sarajevo, Dr. Dževdeta Dervić - Second Gymnasium and Nedim Šećeragić - Multimedia, Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo.
