ENVIROLOGY WORKSHOP
“Identify, Expose, and Visualize Fake News About Climate Change”
WORKSHOP CONCEPT:
Six groups of students will work under the guidance of two professors. Each group will address one locally relevant topic assigned to them. The task is to present the chosen topic through the possibilities of visual communication, critically examining techniques of marketing manipulation.
The final outcome should visually reinterpret the published news and develop a mini social media campaign to convey the message to the public.
The workshops are closed sessions, intended exclusively for students and professors from the participating partner academies.
Each group will be jointly supervised by one ALU professor and one professor from a visiting academy or faculty.
