Besides the basic gallery space, movable partitions allow linking the gallery to the great hall and thus provide the possibility of expanding the initial space and reorganizing it according to needs (layout of the gallery and photographs are attached).

Work plan of the gallery is organized in parallel to semestral division of the academic year. Applications for using the gallery are aligned with the beginning of each semester, which allows developing the schedule of events.

EQUIPMENT

The gallery is furnished with the following technical equipment:

  • one TV set LCD HDMI, 190 cm diag.
  • one projector
  • two loudspeakers
  • one microphone with stand
  • one DVD player
  • twenty-one desks
  • twenty-two chairs
  • a projection screen

APPLICATION LETTER

An application letter which includes

  • title of the exhibition,
  • topic (summary),
  • detailed plan of mounting and dismounting, i.e. duration of the exhibition

addressed to the Council of ALU Sarajevo Gallery should be submitted to ensure the needed terms (the current availability of terms can be found in the Calendar of scheduled activities below). Before mounting the exhibition, the user signs the statement that, upon the end of the exhibition/event, they shall bring the gallery back to the orderly condition. Possible damage caused in the gallery during its use shall be settled by the user.
